The Retail Media & Marketplace Specialist role:
Reporting to our E-Commerce Manager, you’ll take full ownership of developing our Amazon Business presence while you oversee retail media campaigns across multiple marketplaces including B&Q. From paid media, content optimisation to compliance management, this is your space to lead, innovate and deliver.
Your role will involve:
Collaborative working: Partner with internal teams - operations, marketing, and e-commerce including our E-commerce Manager, Product Lister, and Photographer/Videographer.
Amazon marketplace management: End to end ownership of Amazon Seller Central presence (B2B and B2C), including listing optimisation (SEO), A+ content, and account health.
Retail media: Plan, launch and optimise Amazon Ads campaigns - track ACOS, CTR, ROI and tweak based on real-time insights.
Multi-marketplace oversight: Manage presence across other platforms (e.g. B&Q), applying best practice to maximise sales and visibility.
Insight-led decisions: Monitor performance, competitors, category shifts and keyword trends, and report regularly on key metrics.

You’ll need:
2+ years of hands-on experience in marketplace performance marketing.
Proven results with Amazon Seller Central, including B2B tools and strategies.
Strong skills in Amazon Ads, PPC, SEO, A+ content, and data analysis.
Proactive approach with the ability to interpret and act on campaign data.
Detail-oriented, highly organised and able to manage your own workload.
Results driven and self-motivated to work in a highly autonomous role.
Experience with timber, DIY or home and garden categories.
Familiarity with Linnworks or similar platforms.
