We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual to join our growing team in Bangor, to undertake a varied role that combines customer service with hands-on support for our online product listings.


No two days will be the same - so if you enjoy variety and fast-paced teamwork, this is the role for you!

Founded in 2019, Snowdon Timber Products is one of the UK’s fastest-growing timber suppliers.


Operating from our headquarters and distribution centre in Bangor, alongside our showroom and yard in Mochdre, we supply over 1,000 products across timber, garden, and DIY ranges.


With sales now spanning 11 online marketplaces (and counting), we’re scaling fast - investing in people, technology, and infrastructure. Growth is constant here, and so are the opportunities.

The Role - Customer Service & E-Commerce Assistant

In this hands-on role, you’ll split your time between supporting customers and assisting with our e-commerce activity, as you focus on:

  • Delivering excellent customer service across phone, email, and online channels 
  • Supporting customer queries, orders, returns, and delivery issues 
  • Assisting with ‘one-off’ product listings across online platforms such as eBay and Facebook 
  • Helping improve product descriptions, pricing, and visibility 
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and reporting tasks

About You


We’re looking for someone friendly, organised, and willing to learn. You don’t need to have done everything in the role before, but you should be confident in helping customers and comfortable using digital systems.

  • Superb digital literacy skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new software/systems 
  • Timely and accurate typing and data entry skills 
  • A proactive and positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in 
  • A reliable, team-focused work ethic
